Full Terms & Conditions

Bookings
All new bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 50%. The balance to be paid on the day of your lesson/schooling session.
Half hour lessons must be paid in full on booking
Travel fees may be paid on the day.
Clinic bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking.
Receipt of your deposit confirms your booking, deposits are non-refundable unless you have a genuine emergency.

Cancellations
Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason, please try to give as much notice as possible, note that unless your space can be filled, your deposit is non-refundable
If you cancel your session when I am already en route, you will be liable for the full travel fee.
While I appreciate emergencies can arise, please bear in mind this is my livelihood. 
Training Packages
Payment for Training Packages must be made in full before any lessons can commence. By paying for a 'Training Package' you enter into the following agreement - you, the client, agree to receive a set number of lessons/schooling sessions, at set intervals as dictated by the selected 'Package'. In return you will receive from me, the trainer, discounted lessons/schooling sessions.
Half hour lessons are not included in any Training Packages.
Please consider carefully before selecting a training package, as any interruption to the schedule of sessions will render the agreement null & void, & you will be charged for any previously completed lessons/schooling sessions at full price. 
Refunds are entirely at my discretion.
By creating a booking with KMS Equestrian, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions set out above.
